Clients must provide complete and accurate information, materials, and access required for the project. Any delay in providing the required inputs may impact the delivery timeline. Agape Media is not responsible for any delay caused by the client’s failure to fulfill their responsibilities.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final deliverables. Agape Media retains the right to use the deliverables for portfolio purposes or marketing unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Any use of third-party content (e.g., images, videos, fonts) will be subject to the respective third-party licensing terms.

6. Revisions and Changes

Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon in the project proposal. Any additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will be billed separately. All change requests must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

We respect your confidentiality and agree not to disclose your sensitive information to any third party without your permission. Similarly, the client agrees not to disclose project details or any proprietary information related to Agape Media.

8. Limitation of Liability

Agape Media is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of using our services. While we strive to deliver the best results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales or rankings, as they depend on various external factors beyond our control.

9. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the project with prior notice in writing. If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, the client will be charged for the work completed up to that point. Agape Media reserves the right to terminate a project in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or inappropriate behavior.

10. Compliance with Laws

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their projects comply with applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights. Agape Media is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the client’s use of our services.

11. Third-Party Services

Agape Media may recommend or integrate third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting platforms, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the performance or terms of these third-party services. Clients are encouraged to review their terms and policies.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Agape Media harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services or deliverables, including any misuse, copyright violations, or legal disputes.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
