By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. No Return Policy

We do not offer returns for any services or digital products once they are delivered. This is because our services are customized and tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

2. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for services or products after they have been canceled. The details of our refund policy are as follows:

No Refunds Post-Cancellation:

Once a service or product has been canceled, no refunds will be provided. This applies to all services, including but not limited to website design, social media management, branding, and any other custom solutions we offer.

Advance Payments:

All advance payments made to Agape Media for services are non-refundable. These payments secure your slot and cover the resources and efforts invested in your project.

Refunds for Non-Delivery of Services:

In cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion after thorough evaluation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing via email at info@agapemedia.co.in at least 7 days before the agreed delivery date. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.

Agape Media-Initiated Cancellations:

In rare cases where we may need to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and discuss alternative solutions. If no resolution can be reached, we may issue a refund as per our discretion.

4. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for the following:

  • Services that have already been delivered or are in progress.
  • Products or deliverables that have been approved by the client.
  • Any third-party tools, subscriptions, or services purchased on behalf of the client.


5. Changes to the Policy

Agape Media reserves the right to modify or update this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is the client’s responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of updates.
